ClayCatShop's Matryoshka pendants

Childhood memories, beautifully illustrated history books, good family friends, art appreciation and love... that's what drives me to create the original line of ClayCatShop's "Moody Matryoshkas" and "Flat Babushkas". My way of paying a humble tribute to this beautiful Russian Art.

Our Flat Babushkas depict moms or girls in the traditional "flatten" shape. They can be custom made to match your family.

Our original line of "Moody Matryoshkas" are the fun way to show your mood, happy or sad, happy or mad, sleepy or dreamy, you can choose!

In this latest line I decided to explore a bit more this concept and created the "Day of the dead - Moody Matryoshka", one side wearing an skull mask and the other just smiling sweetly, a Sweet baby with a teddy bear who cries her heart out without her pacifier and many more!

Fun to make and very cute to wear! 100% customizable, if you have a special request, just get in touch! :) New ones are added daily to our Etsy store! claycat.etsy.com

We are Top Etsy Shop of February! :-)

Thank you all so much for your wonderful support! Its great to be able to share with you this clay adventure in the art world!

To those of you who do not know me, I have been working with polymer clay since 1997. It was then that I discovered this medium that allowed me to express my creativity via 3D paintings and sculptures. ClayCatShop is the natural evolution of being able to offer my art pieces to everybody.

Our Matryoshka pendants (picture submitted to the contest)
These are my Matryoshka style pendants!
I made 2 kinds of moody dolls
(happy/sad)  and a sweet mother with 2 children.

I can customize them for you! :)

If you have an idea that you want expressed in polymer clay, let me know,
I love to work on custom pieces! :)
