To achieve fantastic results, we like to work closely with our clients. Bellow is a quick look at our creative process:
1) A client contacts our studio with an idea, we discuss the possibilities and submit a draft in pencil, to make sure we are going in the same direction.

2) Then we talk color scheme, and try our color selection in another draft:

3) Once the client loves the drawing, we make a structure that we cover with clay and bake, then we cover it again with white clay, work most of the shape details, and bake it again to obtain our main shape.

4) So there we have a wonderful 3D canvas to do our magic! its time to add the first colors and all the clay elements before another trip to the oven.

5) Once it has cool down
(we dont like to burn our fingers) its time for all sort of details with acrylics. This part of the process can
(usually does) take long hours of work, due to the complexity and size of the piece and details.

6) The last step is to apply varnish to protect the piece and add a little gloss to it... and, ...
VoilĂ there you have it, the result of great communication, professionalism and lots and lots of love! ♥

In this particular topper we added a wooden base so the client can keep the sculpture as a keepsake after the party. When ordering please allow 8-10 weeks prior to your event.
Until next time! ♥
